Orders
How can I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add the items you'd like to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase is completed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.
How can I check my order status?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances.
Do you ship within the United States?
Yes. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when available.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items generally must be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging and components.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your returned item has been received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your payment provider or financial institution to process the refund.

Yes. The organizer expands from 9.1" to 14.5" wide, allowing it to fit a range of drawer sizes.
How many compartments does the Silverware Organizer have?
The expandable organizer provides 5–7 compartments, depending on how far it is expanded.
Is the Silverware Organizer dishwasher safe?
No. We recommend wiping it with a damp cloth or rinsing it with water. It is not dishwasher safe.
Can the drawer organizers be used outside the kitchen?

What size table does the picnic table cover fit?
The set is designed for standard 6-foot picnic tables.
The set includes:
- One 72" × 30" table cover
- Two 72" × 12" bench covers

Does the picnic table cover stay in place?
Yes. Elastic edging is designed to fit securely around the table and benches without requiring clips.
Is the picnic table cover waterproof?
The cover is designed to help protect against everyday spills and moisture. Please refer to the product page for the specific water-resistance or waterproofing specifications of the current product.
Can I machine wash the picnic table cover?
Yes. The picnic table cover set can be machine washed in cold water.
For best results, follow the care instructions provided with the product.
Can I use the picnic table cover for camping or RV trips?
